Application area

The nano lubricant additive BORPower^® GBX is recommended for application in the gear or transmission box of machines and mechanisms in the private, commercial or industrial sector.

Friction and abrasion are major drivers for maintenance and replacement costs in the machinery and equipment sector. Abrasion and wear reduces the life time of the equipment and requires small cycles for machine maintenance and inspection as well as regular gear oil replacement. Friction causes heat development that results in higher energy expenditures for operating the machine.

The active ingredients of the gear oil additive BORPower^® GBX - boron diamond powder (MCDP) and nano boron - minimize friction and abrasion and therefore help the machine operator to save cost. BORPower^® GBX applies the hard-coating and bearing-ball principle to achieve the following improvements:

· wear and abrasion in the machine is reduced by 40%-70%,

· friction in the machine is reduced by 40%-70%,

· machinery service period is doubled,

· gear oil temperature is reduced during operation,

· gear oil life time is increased by a factor of 2,

· operating noise is reduced.
