NNT. Corp. metallurgists’ 6 years of continuous researches from 1996 to 2002, to substitute Boron and MCDP alloyed composite aluminums with steel gave result and a perfect product we call unrivaled ST. BD. AL. came out with the following features.

ST. BD. AL., has 70 to 80 Brinell more rigidity, superior resistance and flexibility, compared to American A-96 and Russian GOST series’ rigid aluminums.  The 6 mm density plate we produced as SHIELD with ST. BD. AL. steel aluminum has been tested with MP-5 automat firing steel bullet from 5 meters distance and our ST. BD. AL. plate could not be punctured, while the hardest steel was punctured and became deformed.

The production of this unrivaled product will begin in 2006 at our facilities in KIRKLARELİ Organized Industrial Zone and it will then be declared to the world.

With the support of NATIONAL BORON INSTITUTE and our State, this project, which is only one of the 22 projects we developed with our NANO-TECHNOLOGIC BORON end products, will swiftly take its deserved place in the composite alloyed aluminum market, which has 14 billion EURO volume per year.
