March/April 2007: Reduction of motor oil loss
The user manual of a VW Passat 2.0 TDI, 2007 year of construction, states that every 1.000km of driven distance one liter of motor oil is consumed. This is due to the high pressures and temperatures inside the motor, which gradually lead to the burn up and evaporation of the oil. We replaced the motor oil and the oil filter after 15.000km of driven distance and added one bottle of BORPower® S-250, which is just about the right amount for this middle class car (one BORPower® S-250 bottle is good for 5 liters of motor oil). Thanks to BORPower® we did not need to add further motor oil until the next replacement at 30.000km of driven distance. The amount of burned up motor oil was greatly diminished due to the reduction of friction and abrasion in the motor using BORPower® and the very large heat conductivity of the MCDP crystals, which help to avoid the development of local overheating of the oil. That is, we could save 15 liters of motor oil worth 150€ and double the life time of the oil. These positive experiences we had will all types of cars tested so far.

March/April 2007: Reduction of fuel consumption
With the same car (VW Passat 2.0 TDI), further promising results were obtained. According to the user manual, a full tank suffices for a driving distance of 820 to 850km. We could comprehend this value by looking at the distance meter each time we were at the gas stop. After adding one bottle of BORPower® S-250 (250ml motor oil additive), a full tank sufficed for a driving distance of 1000 to 1050km. That is, the fuel consumption was reduced by as much as 20%. This saving we observed as well with Diesel and liquid-gas driven cars.
